My disc has been damaged or won’t play
Unfortunately, discs can sometimes become damaged through general wear and tear or through incorrect treatment.
For this reason, we rely on our customers to let us know if our titles are damaged or aren’t playing as they should.
If your movie is damaged, faulty, or simply doesn’t play, call our Customer Service team on 1300 656 893, or submit a request with us.
Once you report a problem, we can prevent the faulty movie from being rented again by removing it from the kiosk for inspection and repair. Of course, we understand how frustrating it can be to pay for something that doesn’t work so don’t worry, our team are ready to work through a resolution with you.
